This course is a good milestone for those preparing for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Certification exam, alongside additional studying.

Account Engagement Admin Bootcamp
  • Lesson One: Technical setup and tips for organizing and navigating your account
  • Lesson Two: Campaign structure and automations to better understand and segment your audience
  • Lesson Three: How to enhance your lead qualification and management skills with Scoring & Grading
  • Lesson Four: Email best practices and how to build emails in the Classic experience and the Lightning Email Builder
  • Lesson Five: Lead generation best practices and how to build forms and landing pages in the Classic experience and the Lightning Landing Page Builder
  • Lesson Six: How to create an automated and personalized journey in Engagement Studio (in Pardot) and advanced features
  • You will need access to Account Engagement (Pardot) to participate in the course
    • Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing access (or higher) is ideal
  • A working camera and mic to participate through Zoom video chat
  • Willingness to learn and participate
  • We recommend students plan to commit a minimum of 4-5 hours a week to this course, including the scheduled two-hour lecture session, the optional one-hour open office hour, and a recommended one hour of self-paced learning.

Depending on student participation, each training session during the bootcamp normally runs for 2 hours. This bootcamp also has an optional 1 hour office hour session.

All prerequisites for this bootcamp are listed in the prerequisite section of this page. It is expected that students will have their account to run training in.
