This course is intended for: Pardot Admins & Developers, Prospective Pardot Customers, Pardot and Salesforce End Users, Marketing & Operations Executives, and Salesforce Admins.
Prerequisites: Pardot Marketing or Administrative Access (or equivalent)
Salesforce reports & dashboards are key to unlocking the data in your Salesforce organization and allowing marketers to provide answers to many business questions. This workshop will review the Salesforce Data Model, available report formats, and explain the differences between standard and custom report types. Campaign influence and reporting on Pardot activities in Salesforce will also be explored in detail. Participants will reinforce their learning by completing hands-on exercises in their Salesforce Developer accounts.
