For those ready to level up their CRMA skills and optimize their analytics investment.

Ready to level up your CRM Analytics know-how?  This course is for you!  In this course, we will help you get ready to dig into your CRMA investment.  Hands-on exercises and expert guidance will teach you how to create recipes and create beautiful and simple-to-use dashboards.  

Students receive personalized learning support via weekly Open Office Hours for the course duration. All students leave with access to all session recordings and all training decks, the latter of which feature templates, worksheets, and links to additional resources for ongoing support and community involvement.

  • Access to CRMA with a full license

  • Willingness to learn and participate

  • We recommend students plan to commit a minimum of 4-5 hours a week to this course, including the scheduled two-hour lecture session, the optional one hour open office hour, and a recommended one hour of self-paced learning.

All classes are on Wednesdays, from 10 am – 12 pm ET. All open office hours are on Mondays from 10 am – 11 am ET.

Course Outline:

  • Lesson One:

    • Data Manager Review of Flows and Recipes and Set up options from SFDC (review of features and where to find them)
  • Lesson Two:

    • Deep dive into Data Recipes, taking a look at planning and identifying data needs along with data connection best practices.
  • Lesson Three:

    • Design and recipe creation of an Attribution funnel dataset using Engagement History data
  • Lesson Four:

    • Deep dive into the dashboard creation, understanding widgets, reusable components and creating a dashboard using data sets
  • Lesson Five:

    • Dashboard Continued taking a look at bindings and advanced visualization, Saql and SQL querying and connecting data from different sources together on the dashboard.
  • Lesson Six:

    • Performance and troubleshooting Tools, Resources, Best practices and using predictive analytics with CRMA
