About the Gig:

Sercante is a high growth marketing tech consulting firm, and we need a Systems & Analytics Lead to own our delivery tech stack to take things to the next level.

Our ideal candidate will be a process wiz who is great at learning new technologies and has experience working with professional services organizations.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage current Sercante delivery tools/platforms:
  • Salesforce 
  • Asana
  • Harvest
  • Google Suite
  • Zapier
• Source and evaluate future vendors and platforms 
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions 
• Execute system improvements to better support internal processes
• Automate all the things
• Pull reports and KPIs from across systems to provide better visibility into workload and performance

A successful Systems & Analytics Lead will:

• Be driven by continuous improvement
• Spot knowledge gaps and highlight opportunities  
• Balance long term vision with short term objectives 
• Work well with both numbers and people
• Build great relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
