Salesforce Developer

About the Gig:

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for supporting Project Managers in developing Salesforce and Pardot solutions for clients. You will be supporting custom development for client projects and also play a role on our Labs team.

A Day-in-the-Life:

  • Designing, developing, and testing Salesforce declarative and custom code solutions (Flows, Process Builder, Apex, LWC)
  • Designing, developing, and testing custom code solutions that integrate a 3rd party solution with Salesforce and Pardot via API
  • Learning and mastering the Pardot API
  • System Architecture / Solution Design
  • Configuring and recommending AppExchange or other 3rd party Solutions when it doesn’t make sense to custom-build a solution
  • Sharing knowledge with other team members
  • Supporting team members with ad hoc questions and technical solutions

A Successful Developer will:

  • Be self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Work well with marketers and other non-technical members
  • Ask great questions and get clear on goals before proceeding
  • Be a true advisor and push back to get to the “why” behind configuration decisions and requirements
  • Have at least 2 years writing code in the Salesforce Platform
  • Have at least 4 years writing Java Apps with Spring Framework
  • Have a passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases

  • Salesforce 2nd Generation packaging for unlocked & managed packages
  • Preference towards the latest Salesforce dev tools & techniques (SFDX, LWC, Apex)
  • Heroku deployments via Github
  • Kubernetes deployment of Jenkins for custom jobs
  • SonarQube for source code quality and vulnerability assessments
  • Elastic Cloud for app metrics
