Marketing Automation Analyst

About the Gig:
As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you spend your days supporting the team on Pardot and Sales Cloud projects and tasks. You will help support a seamless execution of project delivery as support on assigned clients as well as solutioning support for more complex tasks on larger projects.
A Day-in-the-Life:
- Supporting marketing automation projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Working in Pardot to build out programs & campaigns
- Learning our customers’ businesses to be able to advise them on marketing, sales, and operations strategies
- Project managing templated “quick start” implementations
- Reviewing client performance metrics & supporting strategies to help improve them
- Coordinating the work of contractors and our internal team to serve clients as efficiently & effectively as possible
- Supporting and delivering training sessions & topical workshops with clients
- Proactively identifying and discussing project risks with project lead
A Successful Analyst will:
- Love learning and be ready to learn Pardot inside and out
- Be self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity
- Stay crazy organized, hit deadlines, and own details
- Delegate to other team members in contractor or specialized roles
- Be able to Google your way out of just about anything
