Enterprise Team Lead – Salesforce & Pardot

About the Gig:

Sercante is a high growth marketing tech consulting firm, and we need an Enterprise Team Lead to help manage our most complex customers (internally dubbed the “innovator clients.”) 

Our ideal candidate will possess a high degree of business acumen, have master-level consulting skills, and be a leader that our enterprise consultants can look up to.  They will have extensive experience in the Pardot and Salesforce ecosystem and be capable of advising clients on their entire tech stack.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Lead a team of 5-7 consultants and marketing technologists 
  • Directly manage and be involved in 3-5 client relationships
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of what’s going on across the project/client portfolio managed by the Enterprise Team
  • Spot patterns among Enterprise clients and help Sercante build position as a thought leader in this market segment
  • Facilitate effective communication, follow-through, and teamwork
  • Escalate risks and issues internally, and act as a point of contact for client escalations
  • Make staffing recommendations based on skills and client needs
  • Ensure consistent time tracking, reporting on hours and project close dates, completion of project retro

  • Help steer consultants toward setting clear goals, taking action, thinking critically, and making better decisions
