Culture & Talent Development Lead

About the Gig:

The Culture & Talent Development Lead is responsible for the Human Resources function at Sercante. This includes recruiting, retention, training, employee communication, and benefits/policy administration — and ultimately, ensuring Sercante remains a competitive destination for talent and a great place to work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead internal projects, processes, and initiatives to reinforce core values
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying risks/opportunities
  • Support CEO in messaging, tone setting, and internal communication
  • Advise on org chart and team reporting structure as the business grows
  • Launch and refine career pathing framework
  • Analyze training needs and work with the team to develop training programs
  • 1:1 coaching with Sercante team members on career and growth goals
  • Managing open job postings and candidate pipeline
  • Support employee onboarding process
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
  • Evaluating and enhancing employee relations’ policies, programs, and practices
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs

A successful Culture & Talent Development Lead will:
